Bloomington Campus of Indiana University
The Midwestern Universities Analytical Chemistry Conference will be held on the Bloomington campus of Indiana University, about 50 miles south of Indianapolis, Indiana.

If you are using MapQuest to plan your driving, the Indiana Memorial Union is located at 900 East 7th Street, Bloomington, Indiana 47405. Parking is available at the Indiana Memorial Union in lots immediately adjacent the facility to the east and just across 7th Street to the north.
The IU Bloomington campus is a careful blend of traditional and modern architecture within a park-like environment. Made of locally quarried limestone, the University buildings add beauty and charm to the picturesque campus. Bloomington offers the charm of a small town and the sophistication of a cultural capital with international caliber performance in opera, music and theater.

Bloomington is in the Eastern Time Zone. This is the same time as New York City and the East Coast of the United State, and one hour ahead of Chicago.
Weather
Mid Novemember is typically characterized by daytime temperatures in the mid fifties to mid sixties and nights in the low fifties. Although fall is one of the loveliest times to visit the campus, temperatures can be cool with possible afternoon rainstorms. We suggest that you bring a light wrap, to compensate for the air-conditioned conference sessions room.
